YoGay Yoga is for beginning and continuing students.  Classes are alignment-based and educational, exploring the relationship between breathing, posture, and stress. Each week we will practice and refine basic postures, including meditation and poses for deep relaxation. YoGay Yoga is for all body types and fitness levels. The only requirement is a willingness to show up, be seen, and be GAY!
