ROCHESTER CLASSES
YoGay Yoga is a series for beginning and continuing students. Classes are alignment based and educational, exploring the relationship between breathing, posture, and stress. Each week we will practice and refine basic postures, including meditation and poses for deep relaxation. YoGay Yoga is for all body types and fitness levels. While the class is offered as a series you are welcome to join at any time or drop in. The only requirement is a willingness to show up, be seen, and be GAY!
