1) Manduka ProLite: This is the most durable and thick light weight mat. Purchase online or at Breathe Yoga located throughout Rochester.

2) Manduka Eko Lite: I love the lightness and grip of this mat. It's fairly thin so if padding is of concern I wouldn't recommend it. Or if you are practicing on a carpet at home.

3) Hugger Mugger Tapas: This is more affordable mat. It will wear with time. You can purchase it at Wegmans in Stency's yoga section.
